Kind Words

Mayumi Kojima

Naturopathic Practitioner

Hi, I'm Mayumi. I support women through midlife, menopause, and the moments in life that invite us to slow down, heal, and reconnect with ourselves.

My work blends evidence-informed naturopathy with the Japanese philosophy of IKIGAI, creating a space where women feel heard, supported, and empowered to better understand their health and themselves.

Much of my menopause work focuses on supporting how the body processes hormonal change through digestion, liver health, blood sugar balance, and the nervous system.
